1. Booking Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservation by contacting us via phone or email.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date to qualify for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of check-in (a cancellation fee may apply).

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or in case of no-shows.

3. Early Checkout
Refunds are not provided for early checkouts after check-in.

4. Payment Refund Process
If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that any service charges, taxes, or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

5. Modification of Booking
Changes to the booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the original check-in time.
If the revised dates involve higher room rates, the difference must be paid by the guest.

6. Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen emergencies, refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
